NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 3, Section 3.3 of the Bylaws of the Mountainview Resort Condominium Association, that the Executive Board will hold a board meeting on January 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM, to be conducted via Zoom as authorized by Bylaw Article 3, Section 3.3(a).

This meeting will address ratification of the condominium termination filing under 33 M.R.S. §1602‑118of the Maine Condominium Act, approval of a Realtor Agreement and proposed sales/reserve prices, formal authorization for a Ten‑X auction listing consistent with the Maine Timeshare, as well as any other proper Board business. 

Notice of this meeting is provided more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Any owner wishing to attend in a non-voting capacity or with questions may contact the Association at MountainviewReimagined@Lemonjuice.biz for Zoom details.

Dear Mountainview Owners,

Thank you to everyone who attended the termination vote meeting on December 10th. Your participation and thoughtful discussion were truly appreciated. For those unable to join, a recording of the meeting is available on the Recording and Meeting Minutes Tab. 

The termination vote has been officially approved, marking an important milestone in the process of moving forward with the property sale. The threshold to terminate was 80% or 1,224 “yes” votes, and with 1,288 affirmative votes (84%), the required threshold was exceeded. The meeting was recessed intentionally to allow any ballots mailed in by the end of the month to be included in the final count.
